Will of Edward GRAUNT of St Peter Thanet 5 September 1479

Edward GRAUNT of St Peter’s in Thanet, 5 September 1479.
Buried in churchyard.
To each Light of which I am a brother two bushel of barley.
Wife Margerie all staurum of camere, aule, and coquina, and one cow.
Executors – Nicholas EASTON, junior, and John SOMPNOR, have residue after paying debts, for my soul.
Feoffees – Nicholas UNDERDOWNE and Richard GOTESLE.
Five acres of land at Solishill to be sold to pay debts, etc.
If wife be with child, the same to have the aforesaid land when 16, but if not, then Nicholas GRAUNT my brother have six marcs (£4), Robert GRAUNT my brother two nobles (13s.4d), and John my brother 13s.4d, and John UNDERHILL 6s.8d, and the daughters of Joan UNDERHILL my sister 3s.4d.
