which I am a Brother a bushel of barley.
To Mathie COPPYN 3s.4d. and half a quarter of barley.

Wife Isabelle have all my utensilia in aule, camere and kitchen, also
half part of grain and cattle.
To opus of church of the Friars in Sandwich four bushels of corn.

Five acres of land to be sold and money to pay debts, etc. of which two
acres in a field called Cuttyng, one acre and half at Stretende, one
acre and half at (?Silhole) and a rod at Hayne. If not enough to
pay debts, etc. then one acre and three rods which I bought of Roger
BAGLEY* at Cuttyng be sold.
Wife Isabell have the tenement and land which I had of Roger BAGLE of
which two acres and a rod at Feldes, and to heirs of Isabelle.
Also wife have, hold and occupy all my other lands and tenements for her
life, then to Sebastyane my son when of full age and to his heirs, but
is Sebastiane die before then to be sold and money disposed; a priest to
sing for my soul, wife, etc. for one year; 10 marcs to the church work
of St Lawrence; 10 marcs to each House of Friars in Canterbury and
Sandwich, to each 10s. for three trentals of St Gregory.
To Julian LYDERER my sister 20s. and to each of her children 6s.8d. To
Thomas THOMPLYN 6s.8d. and to each of his children 3s.4d. and residue be
disposed by Executors.
