Sarre Anglo-Saxon Cemetery - Grave 157

To Sarre Cemetery Introduction

GRAVE 157 - An oblique grave. 
   Finds   To the left of the head, lay on its side a black earthen vessel with handle and lip, the exact type of the modern beer jug; a bronze pin or bodkin, and a spear-head with its ferule.
